These attacks stem from Dale's accounts being banned on each site for disrupting the forums. After this he decided to go on a harassment campaign against both websites, but he focused on mainly [[Augmented Thunder|Thunder]] and [[MKHNT]] from Scammer.info.

== Attacks on Scammer.info ==

Dale Jake Corner has been caught lying about scammer.info and its owner Thunder, by stating the site is unsafe, connected to malware, and is used by sex offenders. He has shown no proof of his claims, and has even filed court cases against Thunder for unwanted communications, despite Dale constantly being the one to harass Thunder.

Thunder created a website called Review Spot, where a negative review regarding Dale's business "Corner Computing Solutions" was posted. Dale was unaware of who owned the site while he emailed the site's admin email to ask for the review to be taken down. He proceeded to lie even more about Thunder, calling him a pedophile for being a furry.

== Legal Dispute with Google ==

In May 2023, Dale Jake Corner initiated a legal action against Google LLC. The lawsuit, filed in Snohomish County Superior Court, alleged breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing related to online business reviews. Corner sought $150 million in damages, claiming issues with a Google AdWords account and negative reviews affecting his business.

Google subsequently removed the case to federal court, citing diversity jurisdiction. In June 2023, Google filed a motion to dismiss the case on grounds of failure to state a claim and insufficient service of process. Corner did not respond to this motion. The court granted the motion in part, allowing Corner the opportunity to amend his complaint and properly serve process.

In April 2024, Corner filed an amended complaint against Google LLC. As of September 2024, the case remained active, with proceedings ongoing in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
